Hi Everyone.

Not been on here for a while and I hope you are all keeping well!

I have just had my forms through for our annual review. Can not believe it has been nearly a year already!!! I certainly hope the remainder of our term goes just as quickly.

Anyhoo, the I+E form they have sent is missing a few things that were on our original I+E with our proposal. Am I right to assume that I can just add these missing expenses on?
Also, they want our most recent P60. This will of course will be for the last tax year and not really relevant to our IVA. Should I post it anyway? We won't receive our latest P60s until April.

Sorry if these are really silly questions but I am a little nervous![;)]

Hi

Yes, add in any expenditure that has not been listed.

Strange to ask for a P60 now, ask them if they would prefer wage slips or if they can wait until April forthe P60

Regards

Hi Andy.

Thanks for that. I did think it a bit strange about the P60. I will give them a bell and see what they say!

Thank you!

Congrats on nearing your first year...it's the first big milestone!

I'm asked for my P60 and always just send in the last one I received even though it's out of date - it's probably just procedure for your company. I think they just check there hasn't been any undeclaed income for the period it relates to.

Thanks Broke.

I think I will send it in anyway as I have just been sorting our payslips out and both mine and hubbys payslip from Jan 11 is missing and I can't find mine for Jan 12!!!! Lord knows what has happened to them as I have been putting them all away! :(

Hi Judo, I've also had to do my first review, they are working on it now. My case worker asked me about a couple of one off transactions on my bank statements - even though she is working for me as such, I still felt like I was on trial when she asked me!!

With regard to the P60, I only needed my 2010 one when I set the IVA up last March. For some reason my work issued a replacement one in May, I can't remember the exact reason why now, so I just sent them both in.

I am nervous about it all too, will be glad when it's all down in black and white.

I never send mine in but then my wage slips have a running total on the bottom so my IP can see how much I've earned over the year.

Hi Skeef!!

It really has gone quite quickly hasn't it!! This time last year, I was a complete nervous wreck!

I am sure all will be fine with your review but I understand what you say about 'being on trial'. I certainly feel as though Big Brother is watching me sometimes but it'll be worth it in the long run! :)

Hi Jan

How are you? Feeling Ok I hope.

I shall give them a ring and speak to them especially now I seem to have misplaced a couple of wage slips! Not going to panic though! :/

Hi Judo

Not good at the moment - got a really bad back!!

I don't think you'll have anything to worry about - is there any chance you get copies of your wage slips from work?

Hope you are well.

Don't panic! Reviews are always a bit nerve-wrecking!

My case manager left but no-one told me so all my emails were going unanswered and phone calls just ringing off until someone in their marketing department picked up an email a couple of weeks ago. Worryingly, I only got an answer because they thought I was someone important rather than a client...as soon as I explained I was a client I never heard from her again LOL! I've been waiting for confirmation of my mid-year review and that they received nearly £1000 extra from my bonus since December!!!

The review I can wait on forever, but I'd like to know the extra money had been credited to my account!

Yeah, I just logged on to FB and read you are suffering a bit. Hope it starts to ease off very soon.

Not sure how easy it would be to get a copy if at all. I shall just have to ask next week. Just blooming frustrating!

I am doing Ok. Had a few ups and downs but my doc is keeping me on the straight and narrow! lol xx

Re your equity clause - you might be interested in this from Michael Peoples; make sure that your IVA doesn't have a horrible sting in the tail like mine seems to have had. If you want the thread, get back and I'll post it on.

There will be lenders who will produce products specifically for the IVA remortgage market as is already happening and anyone thinking they will automatically pay for 6 years irrespective of their equity could be in for a major shock. Creditors are already asking have clients exhausted all avenues for raising money because it is possible in some cases and just getting a rejection letter from the Nationwide and your own lender will not be sufficient in future.
