Claire I am so sorry to hear that and I have everything crossed that it all turns out to be benign.

If you have read the proposal properly then sign it and send it back. If you can get your finances sorted it is one less thing to worry about.

Thinking of you.

It's up to you and if you want to wait then I think that's fine as you're not thinking straight and after the biopsy things will become much clearer. Why not have a word with your IP and tell them you're not thinking straight etc.,

You will still need to sort finances I do agree but worth a word with IP to just clarify as in the unlikely event you will need further treatment, would you be able to fund the IVA or would another debt solution be more suitable?

All the best with the biopsy xx

Hi Claire - sorry to hear about your health issues. I hope all goes well for you.

As Lesley says - if you have to have time off work, are you covered for sick pay etc? I would definitely have a word with your IP. Maybe you can sign it and they could hold it for you while you wait for the result of your biopsy?

I would involve them in your decision making as you will be working with them for the next 5 years so being honest up front is a great way to start.

I am sorry to hear you are unwell,

You could still send it, even if it went through, as with most contracts you have about 2 weeks 'cooling off' period anyway once its been agreed - or at least I did....

Hope that helps and def. speak with IP

I hope that you get good news on all counts.

X

You could sign the proposal and send it back and ask your IP to hold fire at the moment before fixing a meeting date. That way, once you've got your head round things, it shouldn't take long to sort a date out.

I have everything crossed that the results will be in your favour.

Just speak to your IP and keep them up to date with things.

Hi - I'm sorry to hear about the biopsy. I have my fingers crossed it's benign. Take your time reading the proposal and read through two or three times - particularly as you have so much else on your mind. Maybe a friend with your best interests at heart can have a read too? x
