My IVA ended, well last payment was march 1st, annualised on April 1st, i recieved an annual statement, normally i have a review?? but this hasn't happened, just wondered is this due to IVA completed? I thought i would have a final review before i got the statement.

The way i read it, my Statement of affairs shows i was going to pay back £22k and ive actually paid back £24k and it also shows a Vat refund of £600. Shows my Ip fee's which is all good and expected, but there is still 3k left in the kitty as it where im guessing for final Ip fees and paperwork and pay the extra to my creditors.

Just wondered will i still get a review request wage slips and all that, or is that it now? just wait for the completion letter?? tbh i wasn't expecting this letter it just came in the post.

Hi

It is normal to have to show wage slips and/or bank statements at the final review stage.
Who is your IVA company ?

Hi Antm - I would say give your IP a call to clarify the final stages of paperwork and what you need to submit and ask any other queries specific about the letter that you have - they will be best to clear this up.

Speak to your IP antm - I'm sure it's nothing to worry about though, probably one department not speaking to the others.

I can't believe you've done it! The letter doesn't sound like anything to worry about but worth putting in a call all the same. X
