Hello, I have completed my IVA in March and today A letter came from Payplan, I got all exited thinking my certificate had come but got knocked back when I opened it to find it was the annual report.
I rang my case officer to confirm it was not the completion certificate which she confirmed and said it was with closure dept but may take several months....Oh well keep on waiting.

Final annual report that's good in itself. I know it's not your certificate but hopefully that will follow soon. x

Hi Phil - well done on completing!
It's good you have the annual report, but I can understand you're anxious for the completion cert too. Ask your case officer to be more specific with timelines.

Hope it comes soon Phil - we're with Payplan and I won't be too happy if we have to wait a long time for that letter!!

Presumably Payplan are not closing cases due to the ongoing HMRC issue?

Hi Phil, thank you for your email I hope you got my response.
Melanie, there is a slight delay in issuing completion certificates due to the HMRC issue.

We're working on a case by case basis at the moment so cannot give any specifics.

I know you clearly dont want to give a precise answer Gemma as if you say 4 months then everyone that waits longer will be disappointed but can you not even give an average wait time for completion?
