Hi there, I assume the overdraft is included within the IVA?
We do have a McCambridge Duffy representative on the forum and hopefully they'll advice, but the amounts if you're in an IVA won't affect your IVA

Hi maxieboy, this isn't uncommon at the starting few months of an IVA. Just file the letters in the bin, they hold no water and nothing is being increased, what was agreed at the initial meeting of creditors and your IVA is what is legally binding. Once this information filters down to the call centre and collection departments you should not receive any more letters. In the mean time, just chill and be happy in the knowledge that you are protected legally.

It usually takes a while confirmation of an IVA to filter through to all departments and a lot of people find they get letters for a while. This will stop as computer systems get updated.
