Have to managed to speak to Steve Grogan and got a final answer? I think your creditors would be sympathetic and perhaps your IP could propose a new short IVA on minimal fees which would give the creditors the full 60 months.
That is what we would do if we could get creditor approval.

Have you asked to speak directly to either Steve Grogan or Steve Hewitt as suggested in your other thread? Mention the IVA forum as well and that you have been told to speak directly to them.

I have spoken to Steve Grogan. It took about 15 minutes to get to him as they were reluctant to get either Hewitt or Grogan. He did not have much to say apart from the fact that I was 4 months behind and that is that.Even my new job contract of 5 years did not impress him.My pay has gone up as well.I asked if I could pay for 2 months end of the month,he said no,it is over.Very depressing.I asked to speak to the insolvency practitioner.Supposed to call me at 3 pm,still waiting.I guess some companies are more supportive than others. He agreed with me that I have kept them informed evry step of the way regarding the change in my circustances,BUT that does not change matters.

Has your IVA been failed and your name removed from the register? If not you can always call a variation so make sure and speak to the IP.

Hi Melanie.a
I understand that this is very concerning for you. We have arranged for your Insolvency Practitioner to speak to you later today.
He will be able to explain where we have got to, chat through the options and answer any questions you have.

Deary me. What a dreadful experience for someone to go through.
I do hope that your IP does call you and not someone else and that there are options available to you.
Please let us know how it goes.
