I've never heard of them Andaz.
If you're not totally sure then visit
www.iva.com for a list of companies and reviews and give one or two more a ring for some free advice.
Make sure you are happy about the company you use.

Hi andaz35
Are this company passing your on for an IVA with a firm of IP's?
Speak with a few companies before you make any decisions - have a look at the IP reviews on
www.iva.com

Hi Andaz35 - it is always recommended tospeak to 2 or 3 companies so you can compare how each company operates both in dealing with you and in proposing an IVA. As you will see from other posts on here it is also important to consider what sort of track record an IP has and how they will look after you once you are in your IVA.

I agree with talking to 2 or 3 companies. Make sure you're 100% comfortable before proceedin with a chosen IP. x

The company is run as a Sole Trader company and according to the OFT the owners Consumer Credit Licence expired on the 2nd March 2012.

Possibly better to look to other companies in that case.

They are also under a debt advice company called Debt helpers with the same CCL number.

If the licence has expired they are no longer in a positiom to offer you any form of debt counselling or advice. Are they are firm of IPs or merely a firm that refers cases on to an insolvency practitioner?
