we completed iva last august 2011.still awaiting completion.spoke with varden nuttall 6 weeks ago and was told the VAT situation was sorted(which we were waiting on) and were now starting to complete.Heard nothing since.Do i need to contact them again or wait out a bit longer. The thing is they are very good at putting you off to try and delay even further.

The only people who can answer this question for you are the firm which is handling your IVA. Give them a ring and ask them if they can give you a more firm date to work towards.

I contacted varden nuttall today and still no further forward.Been told that a third party is now involved in making sure the money is sorted correctly (exactly to the pound) to the creditors.there is a meeting next week for this then everything will commence.also ppi situation which i dont have (but still checked for) is still on going.its 3 months since varden nuttalls solicitor rang me to tell me the banks had 12 weeks to respond regarding my ppi's so surely this is sorted now.the way its looking August is going to be round again and still going to be waiting for completion. The trouble is i paid my iva early and wished now i hadnt.

What third party have they had to engage to be able to complete their administration of your case and thus provide you with the Completion Certificate?

I dont know who the third party involved is.She just said there was a meeting with them first then everything can go ahead.Do you think i should get in touch again.the thing is i always speak to the same girl as she is the person finalising my case.it just seems to be dragging on and on.Every few weeks when i contact them it seems to me as if she is trying to put me off.Obviously i dont know the process so go along with it.Do you think this is right?

No harm in asking them who the third party is, and why they have felt necessary to engage with one.

VAT sorted. Now awaiting outcome of PPI situation which has been ongoing for 16 weeks when i was told 12 weeks and if banks hadnt replied everything could be finalised.Spoke to Joanne O'donnell last week and she was going to chase it up.Heard nothing so rang her.Apparently, Richardson Mail Solicitors hadnt been back in touch so she said she would get back to me when she knew anything more. Therefore dont contact me(i gather thats what she means).I rang them myself and was told that only one loan had been cancelled and were still awaiting 9 replies. I received 4 letters back myself which all said i had no ppi's and sent them to Joanne so where have they gone.Surely now if there are no replies after 16 weeks i have no ppi's, which i have told them all along.Just dont no what to do next.DESPERATE!.

Jo is my account manager too...spooky!

I've sent her a couple of emails over the past two weeks as I need to get my review paperwork together and am awaiting her advice on what she needs as evidence for part of my expenditure.

I haven't had a reply so assume she's either out of office or really busy.

VN have a poster listed in the expert section - Gareth. You could try to send him an email and put IVA forum in the subject line.

Jo is our account manager also how spooky is that, and we find her very helpful and she always gets back to us if we have cause to ring her.
