Hi I have just had a word with my case officer for another reason,And just happened to mention about when my completion certificate will be ready (Last payment in March) and she said I only had £17 left in the account left to be distributed but it will be anytime in the next 3 months, Am I right in thinking that with so little left in the pot that it won't long till the certificate turns up.

I would think that it will be with you soon.

They have to distribute all the monies in the account, close the account down and get confirmation from the bank that the account is closed before issuing the certificate.
