Hi All
Well, we have just sent our documents off to Melanie, so hopefully it won't be long now before we can start our IVA.
We opened our new bank account and I was paid yesterday, It didn't feel right that the direct debits were not paid to my creditors, but it felt damn good when my daughter asked for a new pair of Gymnastic slippers and I said "of course you can Darling" they were only £7 from ebay, but it's something that we've struggled to do in the past.
If I had the means to pay my creditors I certainly would, after all, they were good enough to give it to me in the first place, I just feel bad that I am now unable to pay them back, but hopefully they'll accept whatever's offered to them and we can get on with our lives.
Huge Huge thank you to Tina Shortland, who managed to put us at ease withing 20 seconds of the initial phone call, and subsequent calls there after, very caring and profesional.

Ahh bless you Forest Gump it was my pleasure. I know how hard it is for you all to make these calls with us professionals so the first thing is always to make you feel human again before we get onto the nitty gritty!

We look forward to working with oyu and you have a great bunch on here to support you along the way. :-)

Great to see you've found a firm you clicked with...that's the most important thing when chosing a firm as you'll be tied together for the next 5 or 6 years.

Good luck x
