Ive been in an IVA for a few months now and although moneys tight its a Hugh relief to get some stability in my finances again.

I have one question though, Can someone remind me please,

My IVA payments are taken from my account monthly so i need to do nothing BUT, I seem to remember being told that each year there is an Annual review...do i have to contact them or do they automaticly contact me and request payslips etc?

Glad the IVA is going ok for you.

Your IP company should approach you nearer the review date. However, I would contact them if you haven't heard anything just before the review. You can prepare in advance by getting payslips/p60 together, and to note your expenditure against this years.

That way you will be ready when they do ask for the info!

There is an annual review and your company will contact you when the time comes.

Make sure you have an up to date list of your income and expenditure when the time comes.

Glad the iva is going smoothly! As the others have said, your IP will probably contact you but it's a good idea to make a note of the annual review date for yourself just in case the letter gets lost in the post etc... x

It is most likely that your firm will contact you - most firm's do - but if you have not heard anything by the time the first anniversary comes around give them a ring, as technically it is your responsibility to provide the informaton, and not theirs to necessarily chase you.
