i completed my iva 3 years ago now but i claimed misold ppi off of santander am i entitled to keep all of this money??

no not yet but once i accept their offer they will transfer the money to me.

If you hav fully completed the iva and have your completion certificate then yes, it's all yours to keep! But be aware some creditors still may attempt to off set any monies awarded against the previous debt so be ready for a fight!
Have you used a claims company or pursued the claims yourself??

santander actually sent me a letter as i had a loan with them and i filled out all the paperwork and 6 weeks later they said im entitled to a nice sum of money.
