Hopefully it won't come to that you've sent in a revised I&E to your IP, see what they say in the first instance.

I really encourage you to speak with your IP and seek ther direct elp and support. If by reading your other thread, you will nt be able to return to employment, depending on the payments are to date your IP may be abe to propose a full and fial to accept payments to date ....but you really need to speak to your IP in detail tomorrow...let us know how you get on

The only think that is likely to lead to a property being repossessed is either a default on the mortgage - three missed mortgage payments usually give grounds for possessory action to be commenced, or a bankruptcy. If the property is your main dwelling house, and you live there with a spouse or children under the age of 18, under bankruptcy proceeings you would be allowed up to 12 months to find alternative accomodation before legal proceedings could be commenced.
