Creditor HarassmentHotline Service, would it be also a good idea to have a IP HarassmentHotline Service? As we all seem to be getting letters and phone calls threaten us with holding up our closure notices?

Hi,
I can't see that happening as each company is different and you have to go through their own internal complaints system before complaining elsewhere and as the forum is neutral I think that all it will do is just try and alert the companies that post on here that there is a problem and can they pick up on it.
