hi all will start at the beging i took out an iva august 07 with b.e witch was later taken over by g.t like so many others on the forum.at first i fought great cant be worst tha b.e how wong.iam now into my 5th year not been ask to relese equty and now going to loose my flat through no falt of my own du to a compulsory purchase order.g.t wont to take all the proceads from the sale after mortgage and solicitors fees been paid.witch will leave me homeless with no money to boot.with less than 5years to retirment and posible redundeces looming thats all i nead.i only went into iva to keep my property witch now seen in vain 5 years wasted.is ther any point in carrying on the iva as i have nothing to loose and seems like i owe moor now than when i enterd iva dont seem right to me.might as well hand back keys to mortgage co and stop iva direct debit.any help would be greatly appreciated regards tom

Hi and welcome.
If you are having any problems at all then please contact Karol at GT via this email:
ivacustomerservices@uk.gt.com and ensure that "IVA Forum" is all that is entered in the subject line of the email
She will hopefully sort you out. I'm afraid that the loss of your flat, whilst regretable, isn't GT's fault. If you leave the IVA now you will be back to square one with creditors chasing you and your credit shot for a further six years.
Perhaps it can be sorted so that what you have paid to date can be taken as a full and final offer.
Do contact them though.
