Hi Melanie, you replied to an earlier post regarding claiming PPI once an IVA has been finalised and the completion statement has been received.

My case was with your company and I have now received the completion certificate etc. I am unsure if there is any PPI to claim but if there was would you want to reopen the case or could it be kept by myself?

I think maybe you need to ask this question directly to Melanie, any response she makes as your IP may not be the same response other members will get/want who are not Mel's clients.
