Hi,
dose anyone know if there is legal companies that specialise in IVA's.
My IVA company has organised a variation meeting that could lead to my bankruptcy and I do not think the statement they have made is factually correct.
Please help.

I imagine most firms of solicitors would have an expert -- try to find one that gives initial advice free. That said -- as I have posted elsewhere ... IF it comes to a petition for bankruptcy being presented to the courts, you will have your say in front of the judge.

Hi, i think thats the key, in front of a judge. takes away my initial worry.
How ever what to do about the statement that has gone to creditors that portrays me in bad light, even if the offer is accepted i am then faced with clearing my name.
Thanks for your help so far, my initial stress levels are now falling as i know that a judge can fairly asses the situation.

There are some very good firms of insolvency lawyers right across the UK.

I attach the website of the Insolvency Lawyers Association which you may find helpful.

The CAB give very good advice on a free of charge basis, as an alternative.

If you wish to make a complaint, and you feel like all your other options have been explored or exhausted with your IP then this may be of interest...

Sorry but I feel this thread is ridiculous. There's a 6 page (at present) thread about your situation, surely you dont need to start a new thread to ask another question on the same subject?
It's also slightly surreal that the IP that you're complaining about is still taking the time to provide you with the answers.
I get it that you're unhappy with Melanie and you may well have a real case for being so...I don't know and even the best companies do get it wrong from time to time. But, multiple threads and threats of websites being launched are not the way to handle it IMO. The website thing especially stinks of retribution.
Talk to Melanie, explain rationally where you think things have gone wrong and discuss the way forward. I'm sure that she's got big enough shoulders to be able to do that, you need to ask yourself if you have the same.
