Until you recieve your completion certificate or have it in writing that the bit between final payment and full completion and windfalls or assessts are yours to keep, then it still all goes in the pot! this hasnt in the past been much of an issue when most completions were completed pretty quickly, now its taking much longer due to a variety of issues so you culd still be liable to pay into the IVA

You may find your IP will ensure you claim the PPI beofre they authoriser completion and then the claim goes into the 'pot' to yield a higher dividdend, this has alos beomce the norm lately.

If you agree that it PPI has been miss sold and your IP try’s to reclaim it, you could be in for a very long wait.

A fair number of PPI claims are now being referred to the FOS (over a 1000 a day eekkk) The last time I asked the quoted time to investigate claims are 12 months, a poster has been quoted 18 months and until that's all sorted no CC

Or if it was not misold to you, It’s your decision, remember don’t be bullied into making a claim. Than that sort of wraps it up and you get your CC and then kiss you iva goodbye

Your choice!

A successful claim for mis-sold PPI will either be set-off by the creditor concerned against their debt, or paid to you by way of compensation. If your IVA includes this as an asset, then you will need to pay it into the IVA regardless of whether it is closed or not.
