Need to obtain car finance, how do i go about doing this whilst in IVA. I have spoke to my IP and she says it is ok to go ahead but cannot recomend any company, i do not want to have to fill in numerous applications and have refusals

If you have a trusted friend or relative they could take the loan in their name and you could pay it back.

How can you affoord the new car payments, surely your expediture will have to change, has anyone asked you how suddennly you have the money to afford this, I wanted to but I was asked this

Hi Patrick
There are a few companies out there that do bad credit finance however the APR is a lot heavier than the normal. I had a quote for one not long after I finished my IVA at 45.1 % APR. I can say I turned that down.
