Laugh or cry I am not sure which. Completed my final I&E in March 2012, I made my last payemnt in May and my IVA was passed to closures in June. All payments recieved, final dividends calculated but still waiting for CC.

Anyway I receive an I&E review request this morning telling me how well I have donee over the past year and asking me to forward my payslips.

What is going wrong here, come on GT - sort it out!

Most of us didn't consciously start out with GT Luke, they were thrust upon us!

From what I read on these forums, I thank god I did not pick these to represent me. Id be going mad!!

If I know anyone whos thinking of this route, certainly would say stay clear.

From what I can see Karol tries to help with complaints, but from my job as complaints...

It should not take someone on a forum sorting clients out if they provide a service. Truly shocking.

Points made accepted - but personally I am glad that at least GT have seen the benefit of having a representative on this forum to pick up client complaints. I suspect that the original posters comments result from a breakdown in process internally, and the use of some standard letters that may not be appropriate to the case, but we do all make errors and firms do need the opportunity to put things right.

Oh agreed, always more reassuring to have someone on the forum to talk to if you are worried.

But if people were looking to use a company im sure this is off putting.

An IVA for most people who are deciding is the scariest and not the easiest time, which I am sure you know better than anyone with all the excellent work you do with clients.

The last thing they will want to see is how unhelpful a company is at a time they need re assuring the most :)

GT remain one of the largest providers of new IVAs in the UK. So if this is affecting their business, it may not be showing up in their results. Perhaps we are only seeing a cross-section of their work - as it is natural for people to look for avenues to complain, whereas the vast majority of happy clients will naturally remain silent as they go about their business comforted that their IVAs are running smoothly to conclusion. Just a thought.
