HI,

You are highly unlikely to be able to get a remortgage whilst in your IVA regardless of whether your provider is a creditor or not.

Best to advice from your IP but a lot of the time if there is equity further payments can be made in lieu of this.

Hi

There are no mortgage lenders who will lend to remortgage, to release equity to you whilst the IVA is still open.

This is not a bad thing, as you can speak to your IP and they will normally extend the IVA for 12mths.

Hope this helps, good luck

Hi Ryan
If a remortgage is unlikely, can a secured loan be forced upon you ??
I'm unsure of some of the wording ( 3rd party ) in my iva
