we are in an IVA and just about to start our 4th year, one of my husbands relatives have offered to give us money to finish our IVA,
how do we go about this and how much do we offer, I think we were suppose to also offer equity from our house going in to the last year, but this is no equity from it.

Get an up to date valuation and mortgage statement showing the current equity situation. As this is unlikely to change over the next 2 years you could then offer anything up to the remaining payments. You might get away with offering a bit less but creditors may decide to wait and possibly get the equity or an extension to the IVA.
