Hi everyone,
Firstly, I apologise if this has been posted about before, but I have not been on this forum in ages, so I am not very up to date.
I have just seen (from a friend on Facebook status) that Northern Rock are refunding interest on loans taken out, due to missing info on contracts (or something). I have not had any letter about this, but would I be eligable for this, as my NRAM loan is in my IVA?
Any extra money going into the IVA pot would be good.

Hi Doublemummy,

If you have a Together mortgage the same as we do, then Nram will most likely want to offset any funds into the balance you owe.

We haven't had any letters about this yet and still have a mortgage and secured loan with them, but the unsecured in our iva.

I too would be interested to know
