Hi everyone, I have a creditors meeting listed for my full and final offer in March and have been reading on here about cleaning up your credit files after it.

I know I'm jumping the gun but if its accepted and paid off when and how do I start doing this? My 6 years will be up in November this year so do I need to wait until then?

Also I asked about this previously but the not so lovely Barclays Bank even though they were aware of the iVA took out a CCJ against me which I only recently discovered. I managed to speak to them and they told me they would apply to get it set aside, as yet it doesn't seem to have been done, how long should it take? I really don't want to have to ring them again because they can be quite aggressive on the phone :(

Any help appreciated thanks

Hi, I'm in the process of looking at my credit files and there are lots of excellent posts on here about tidying them up. I'll go look for a link in a momment for you as I do need to refresh myself on how to action this. Good luck for the meeting in March!

Not sure about the CCJ and Barclays maybe one of our experts will answer your post too. x
