Sorry ppi question ! just finished my iva with GT, got email back today confirming my last payment and also asking me to contact EIC to claim back any ppi, i thought GT did this ?
Just a bit confused after reading sooooo many different views on ppi

Hi John, I, too, thought GT would be setting EIC on you themselves, as they have done to so many clients. I would drop Karol an email and check.

If they have given you contact details for EIC then go ahead and call them. The sooner its done the better.
