Hi
I think 3 months after completion maximum or as soon as your IP notifies the register

I was on there the other week and it did mention 3 months at the bottom of your entry but do know people get removed a lot sooner in some cases.

Hi Markiboy
Might speed things up if you send a copy of the CC yourself?

I contacted the insolvency register through their web site, I had to forward them a copy of my completion paperwork. My name was removed within a week of my initial contact with them!

The IP has to file a notice of ceasint to act at the Regisrar, which is usually done within two months of the final anniversary - it is then a matter of lottery when the register gets updated by the Insolvency Service.

When I contacted the insolvency service they had not received anything from my IP. I sent a PDF copy of my completion paperwork.
My name was removed from the site the following day (about 7 days after I made first contact with them)
My ex wife who was in an interlocking IVA with me is still on the insolvency register. I would assume that she would have received her completion paperwork the same time as me but not sure.

No harm then in giving the Insolvency Service a nudge - as demonstrated by Heretoday's proactivity.
