We completed payments on our iva in may 2012 having paid for 6 years not being able to remortgage. In august we completed a consent form in relation to PPI payments _ there was no monies owed. This week we have received a further letter regarding changes to our agreement and recovery of PPI payments and vat. This came with a further consent form but appeared to be a standard letter. I have attempted to contact grant Thornton but the customer service cannot help as our case is with closures who never seem to answer a phone. I am getting more concerned that my iva will never end - we will hit year 8 in may and it seems unfair that we paid every penny asked of us please can anyone advice on how I can get this sorted

Hi, I totally empathise with you, if you read previous posts in respect of GT you will see a lot of posters are experiencing similar and I respect this doesn't help you.

Karol who posts on the forum represents GT and may be able to assist as she has helped some other posters. Drop her a line and she can be contacted via the ask an expert a question link, put IVA forum in the subject line.

Hoping you get closure very soon.
