Morning all. Just received a mail shot advising me on how to make potential claims on creditors post IVA . Why on earth would I even consider that !!!???
Good luck to all on your debt free journeys

It would appear there will always be something around the corner these days.

If the claim was not deemed to be an asset of your IVA casiquebrado, then there is nothing to stop you making a claim. From memory, I don't think your IVA was an all-asset case - so if you feel you were mis-sold PPI at any time on the debts which were included into the IVA, or any debts which were paid off prior to you entering into the IVA, this may be completely legitimate - so why shouldn't you consider it?

I'd be happy to give you further advice on this, if you want to give me a call or drop me a line via e-mail.

it went straight in the bin s ive previously said i dont feel i was mis sold PPI so it would be wrong of me to claim

Quite the right attitude 12 months to go. Out of all of the claims which have been made to date, I often wonder how many of them are actually genuine.
