Spoke to FJ this morning about my below question regarding redundancy , the lady I spoke to was brilliant really helpful and had lots of empathy , lets hope I don't get made redundant , however I feel much better after speaking FJ ....

Redundancy question , I have 8 payments of £372 remaining , I have just entered into 90 day consultation at work , if they do pay me off aprox £4k , what do you think my ip will advise , I would like to keep the payment and do a full and final with the monies paid , there will be £1900 left to pay after the 90 days (3 payments ) , or would they want the full payment I rec ?
