Hi all

So im two months into my IVA

I have a letter from red castle recoveries..

they want me to contact them about payment

am I ment to ignore all these types of letters??

I thought all these were ment to stop?

Hi Marcus. Simply pass this on to your IP and let them deal with it.

I agree wholly with Foggy, pass it to your IP as I'm assuming the debt was included in the IVA. Nothing to worry about they'll be bound by the t'c's of the IVA
