We are waiting for our certificate of closure and have signed a variation letter but today received the spotty letter re PPI. It implies we have been in touch with EEi and this is not true. My husband refuses to sign all the letters enclosed as we have never spoken to this firm as they are implying. What have others done when receiving these letters. I just want to do the right thing to get our closure after almost 2 years since last payment. Can anyone guide us on this.

Is ther anyone out there who have received these letters to sign in a large spotted envelope. We don't know what to do about it as we have never requested anything . What did you do about it ??

Have you checked with your IP if this is their preferred company for PPI investigations before closures??
