I must admit I am getting more and more frustrated with awaiting a completion certificate due to this PPI issue. Am I reading the information correctly on the Clear Debt website. I have had a home visit approx 6 weeks ago to sign all the PPI claim forms therefore would suggest that I am cooperating as best I can. Why can't I receive a completion certificate by signing a declaration that states any monies raised from PPI will form part of my IVA?? Am I reading their information correctly?? Why am I still waiting!!
Sign and return the authority for ClearDebt to refer your details to our approved claims intermediary DRSP Limited.
Your case will then be reviewed and you will receive a telephone call from DRSP who will establish whether or not PPI is likely to have been mis-sold.
An appointment will be made for a Claims Specialist to visit you to collect the relevant paperwork to submit claims against your creditors.
Subject Access Requests will be submitted to all creditors to get confirmation of which accounts have PPI policies attached to them.
ClearDebt will send an assignment document and disclaimer to you to sign and return to confirm that any monies recovered will belong to the Supervisor of your IVA who will distribute the funds to the creditors within your IVA in accordance with the applicable conditions.
Your supervisor (on those cases that have completed other than the PPI mis-selling work) will be able to issue your completion documents on receipt of the above mentioned documents.
If you have already spoken to an approved claims intermediary and co-operated with the investigation then the assignment and declaration will be sent directly to you without further need to wait for all of your claims to be settled prior to your case being completed.
The assignment letters will be sent out from 17 December 2012 and will be sent to all clients who have made all of their contributions and complied with the claims process fully.
In future, assignment letters will be sent to all those who have co-operated with the Supervisor fully in the PPI mis-selling investigation at the point where all but 3 monthly contributions remain to avoid any further delays.
