Hi, made my last payment into my IVA in Feb 13 after 6 incredibly long years. Creditors meeting was scheduled for 19 March to finalise the arrangement however just received a letter from IP stating that the meetting was adjourned because Barclaycard have sold my account to a debt collection agency during my IVA and they are now insisting they be involved in the process. Can Barclaycard sell my account during an IVA? Worried that this company will throw a spanner in the works and everything will go pear shaped!

Yes they can, however they are still bound by the terms of the IVA.

What was the creditor's meeting called for?
