Hi, I need some advice on mortgages. We entered into a full & final IVA in Feb 2011 which was succsessful. Our mortgage deal has come to an end and they company we are with do not have any further offers so we are on their standard rate... we pay more than the average each month and I really want to get it sorted out & get on another deal and save us some money each month. Can anyone offer me some mortage advice of who is best for me to approach.

when did the IVA start? Your credit files will be stuffed for 6 years from the start date(regardless of early settlements). After the 6 years more mortgage products may be open to you,although a lot depends on the loan to value ratio(LTV).
