I have cleaned my credit file when suddenly Santander register a default out of the blue which was part of my IVA and this account was closed. This is the third time I have had to complain to them. They have paid out £75 already and they phoned me today saying how sorry they were. I don't want their Sorry's just abide to Data protection. Be careful guys keep checking your files, they do it as they never want you to get credit ever!!!!!!
