So I've just searched for myself on the insolvency register and nothing came up when I entered my name, I thoughts that's strange I'll just try my maiden name instead so typed that in and I'm there but itself of my maiden name it showed as my married?! Really confused on this, does it matter much?

It is down to your IP to ensure that your case is correctly registered on the Register. Best advice from me is to highlight this to them, and let them rectify the error, but I can understand if you feel you don't want to do that.
