I fear I am going to have some issues with DFD after reading some topics on the forum.
I have 1 more payment of a 6 year IVA & am absolutely delighted that I have managed to keep op with payments asked.
However as regards annual reviews & closure I never had an annual review last year but still had a chairman's report for that year. I am not sure it is normal to not have an annual review going into the final year of a 6 year IVA but hope I am not going to be messed about after my final payment next month as I would like to think I have kept my side of the agreement including 50% of any additional funds being handed over.
Has anyone else had this happen to them?
