Annual Review with Stepchange.

Hi I sent by documents back to stepchange last week for my 1st Annual Review, today i have recieved a letter back from them confirming receipt and advising they will be reviewed and i will hear from them within the next 3 weeks.

Just Wanting to know if anyone has any expierence with stepchange and if a 3 week turnaround is normal. As it seems a bit long to me.

My company take 2 months so 3 weeks actually seems very quick to me

My company quote 6 weeks.

Hi,

We are with Stepchange and our reviews have been completed within 3-4 weeks.
Last year we were even asked to request if we needed it doing any quicker.
