Hi All,
Yippppeeeee its arrived today dated 4th July - Now to clear the credit file as some of the creditors have the correct default date but have continued to put a D in every month!
For all those waiting just keep sending emails to closure team and customer services team is the only advice I can give.
Can't believe its all over [:)][:D][8D]

can I ask how long its taken you to get it? We're almost a year since since early settlement and considering legal action now.

We made our last payment in September 2013 - did the spotty letter thing even though we knew no PPI but it just seemed quicker to go with it - I had a reply from closure team at end of June telling me that it had gone for printing and posting and would be 3/4 weeks before it arrived. I did email back and say why so long didn't have a response to that email but it arrived today.
I do hope you get yours through soon - Have you tried emailing Carol and your IP direct?

Yes I'm pursuing legal action now due to the immense muck up from going from being a blair endersby client to a GT client. Not our fault but now we are suffering because of it. It's utterly frustrating and is causing no end of aggro to our lives here at home.
I'm really pleased for you now that you are free of an IVA, but can't help but be jealous.
