My IVA (with Step Change)is due to finish 4 months before I retire. If I haven't received my completion certificate in the 4 months before I retire, will my pension lump sum be included in the IVA?

I would very much doubt it luckyalf - does your IVA proposal specifically exclude rights from pension schemes? My standard proposals in my own practice do, but you may just want to query this with StepChange.
