Hi Sue,

I believe that they would be sent a copy by your IP, alternatively, you can check your records held by the Credit Reference Agencies and if needs be, send them a copy of your own Cert as proof for them to verify and update your records/credit rating accordingly.

Example: http://www.equifax.co.uk/Products/credi ... eport.html

Cheers, Mark

P.S. Your should contact the company dealing with your PPI Claim and ask for an update, I assume this is your IP acting as your broker? Sounds like the PPi Claim industry has been hell for anyone on an IVA...

Any ongoing PPI claim will need to be paid to your IP for distribution to creditors, if your IVA is one that captures PPI as an asset (which, one way or another, the vast majority seem to).

Good article on cleaning up credit records post IVA here:

Hi Thanks for the replies, Just looked at the Credit reference agencies and they are asking for £2 payment to be made by debit or credit card slight problem I do not have either ???

Cant seem to find a link to download the forms so I can send a postal order as I do not have a cheque book.

that's a good link there Foggy thank you for that.

Could a friend or relative do this on your behalf (as in pay for it on their card). They needn't know about the IVA as lots of people check their credit files for any anomalies for a whole host of reasons.

They use the debit / credit card as a method of identification, so I doubt a 3rd party could do it. Without the CC/DC the report has to go by post to the address on file.

ah ah, never applied for one myself only use Noddle so wasn't aware but a postal order can be used as per the following link for exprian and I've not looked at the others but feel confident they'd be similar.
