After letting the IVA approval sink in for a day. I wanted to share my gratitude and thoughts with you all.
I have been on a massive journey that has probably been the one of the worst in my life, only second to losing our daughter. I believed that I was super confident, indestructible and as a front row forward almost Incredible Hulk like. (CBT counsellor used that phrase) to understanding that Bruce Banner is there an is more vulnerable and not perfect. I accept that alot of things leading up to now caused me to have a massive breakdown which hopefully I am recovering from as I am due to be discharged from CBT and also I have been told to come of one of the meds. Apparently now I need to learn how to relax which is what my final session is going to me and they don't mean sleep or a bottle of red wine.
They keep calling me the duracell bunny as i don't stop.
Anyway mainly I want to thank Mel and her team, especially Tina for putting up with my calls, texts etc etc and always there when I am sure I would have told me to go away. Mel for all advice and support and also for being there to set me right which I often needed (as she supports Wales) and Amie for being brilliant at what she does and knows how to handle people in these difficult situations. I can honestly say you guys have given my family a fresh start in life and give a wife and children there husband and father back. For this I will be eternally grateful and you have helped also me to change my outlook on life. I now have changed in a person to understand what really matters in life and that challenges have to taken head on. I don't need to chase every dream and ambition relentlessly but see what I have already and cherish that. So thanks again for all the support from "team mel" you have honestly changed my life for the better.
Also thanks to all the supportive guys on here I know I have been tedious and like torture at times but you never gave up on me and have been there all the way.
And for those who read this believe me when I say you do get low and I have been to very dark places over the last six months. But it does not always rain and everyone will see the sunshine [8D] again. The right advice and support is the key and also facing both the debt issues and often the mental issues is the hard but correct thing to do. Often we dismiss issues that make us stressed just to get rid of the stress but it does come back and then you are natured just to dismiss in again and this becomes a circle of disaster. Facing and dealing with means that yet the stress may plateau but eventually it goes away permanently (something to do with hormones).
Anyway I have a year end to complete and then Dylans first football match to go to and am expecting to see other two who have been away with Grandparents for a week any minute.
I will stay and try to help other on this forum from my experiences but for now thank you all, take care and God Bless
