Has anyone here had any recent dealings with EIC through grant thorton?

We have, what do you want to know,
They are quite slow at doing things, and you have to keep nagging them a bit, but they have managed to get some PPI payed to our IVA for my hubby.

Slow, incompetent, breached Data protection several times, dont listen, spamphone/harass you, have no idea what they doing most of time, use idiot sheets for thier unskilled staff.
Did i mention how bad they was when i dealt with them?

cheers for the replies agree with viperboyz so far they cant seem to understand i have already got my pack etc and keep on ringing me on multiple phones . just spoke to very arrogant woman on the phone who was pretty thick.

oh and insist on trying to claim ppi i have already received back which has been paid into the iva and luckly i was aloud to keep some

What might surprise you or maybe not is EIC and Grant Thornton are in the same building and apparently same floor but try to get them to talk to each other is impossible.

EIC are GT. They are one and the same. By far the WORST company in the UK in my opinion.
