Hi! I have resigned from work following maternity leave and will receive my last wage in Dec. I will have holiday pay included in this as I accrued this whilst on leave. Im assuming I will need to give 50% off this to my IP but just thought I'd check as it only states overtime and bonuses in my paperwork. Thanks! Emma

As you say overtime and bonuses need to be handed over, holiday pay is neither overtime nor bonus.
If you get 3 weeks holiday pay then for 3 weeks you are effectively on holiday..

Just have a word with your IP but I agree with nickjohn, but best to check rather than incur a surprise later on.
