What is happening there? I was notified last week that my case adviser is to change, again!!!!!this is my 4th adviser in less than 6 months, the trouble with this is I have sent stuff to them. i.e. a mortgage redemption and loan redemption statements and my house has been valued, I want to offer a F and F but I really have no idea which one of them to send it to, can I go straight to the top and miss out the middle man/woman?

Hi, you are entitled to talk to your IP but I'm guessing within a big company if you do it will get passed down. Contact your latest one to ensure all is received and being dealt with accurately.

If you log onto your payplan plus account it will give you your current case officer. Hope you get sorted soon

Sad to say but Payplan are very good at losing things sent by post even when you quote your ID no.

There should be no reason why you would be denied the ability to speak with your IP. If you feel that you need to speak to them, then give them a call. It seems there must be a fairly high staff turnover within at the moment.

I don't think its a high staff turnover but they do tend to move around in there departments a lot.i asked before and I was told promotions and staff being shifted around to get experience is the cause.i have had about 5 caseworkers but this last one I have had for at least 2 years and very good she has been.
