I have just received my paperwork for F & F from IP, In a letter to creditors it says that they have been paid 12p in the pound during the IVA and if they agree to the settlement that they will receive 12p in the £ in the final distribution of the funds is that good news for the creditors, I'm at a loss to understand the jargon!! Hi
Are you putting further funds into the IVA or is the IP asking creditors to accept payments to date as settlement ? put your trust in your IP to get any full and final offer agreed.

If you're unsure of any aspect of the wording do ask for clarification from your IP. With a full and final the creditors will receive their dividend sooner rather than later so fingers crossed for you.
