What is a Deed of Assignment and how easy are they to complete.
do they take long to fill in.

It is simply a document giving a third party the rights to an asset (probably in this case PPI ?? ). If it is PPI related and prepared by your IP it simply needs checking and signing.

I have just sent some more PPI forms off and they have said as soon as they are happy with them they will send the Deed of Assignment document.
Again as soon as they get the Deed of Assignment and they are happy with them they will issue our certificate of completion.
Hopefully everything could be wrapped up in the next day or two.
