Hi everyone,
Rather confused today. Received my CC last week from GT stating that my IVA has been fully satisfied, etc, etc, as from the 2nd October.

I have been checking the register, waiting for my name to disappear, but it still keeps coming up. Early days I suppose.

Now for the confusing part. I came home from work yesterday to find the exact same paperwork again.
I suppose two lots of the same paperwork is better than none. Trouble is, having received TWO lots of paperwork, I still remain on the register.

Anyone got any suggestions please?

Just been to have another quick look at the insolvency register, and the screen is blank. Yippee, I really do feel like the whole ordeal is now over. Thanks for all your support guys'.

It is bizarre that you have received two lots of paperwork, but I suspect this relates to an administrative error. It can take up to three months for the Insolvency Register to get updated - so if you have been taken off in just a couple of weeks I think that is a brilliant result.

Great news ... I remember that day so well ..it signalled a change in my life for the better ! Best wishes for the future !
