Hello 4years ago I entered an iva with my ex,however 2years into the iva we broke up and he canceled the iva. I managed to clear all by debts that was within the iva. However I have checked ked my credit file and am still shown as having been on iva,and a company named trip.spc has added unto my file,no idea who they are. How can I resolve this issue will the iva still show on my file for 6years although I did not complete the iva.

The IVA will show for 6 years but you can amend your credit file with an explanation. The company you mention probably bought one of your debts and you would have paid them instead of the original creditor. Check with your former IP firm who would still have a list of creditors.
