Completed a lump sum IVA 27/09/2009, does the 6 years start counting down from this date or the date of the completion which was 2/11/2009. Hoping the 1st date!!!!!

I assume you mean with regard to your credit history> The six years is taken from the date you enter into the IVA.

Clearance for you will be 27/09/2015 ...six years from the start !
